Q: How soon will my order be shipped?

A: We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be packaged for shipping as soon as our carriers are again available. Orders that contain parts which do not ship immediately will be shipped as soon as possible, and in most cases within the stated time frame.

Q: Does Ampdraw ever sell or use my personal information?

A: Never! In fact, to protect our customers, we do not even keep your credit information on file. All transactions are handled securely with our payment processor, on a highly encrypted SSL connection. Your email address and other details will never be shared by us with anybody, except as required by law. More information is available on our Terms of Use and Policies page.

Q: Do I need anything special to use this site?

A: You shouldn't need anything more than your web browser, although it does need to support both Javascript and cookies (and they must be enabled). We have optimized ampdraw.com for use with all popular browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer 6+, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari. If you encounter a problem while using the site, please contact us about it.

Q: What is Ampdraw's return policy?

A: We accept returns on all unopened merchandise within a 30-day period. Unfortunately due to the high-performance nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns on opened merchandise. We offer no warranty on the products we sell (other than our Ampdraw-branded DVDs and apparel), although we will be more than happy to assist you in contacting a manufacturer directly should you have a problem.
