Shipping

Orders are shipped on Monday through Friday, so orders placed over the weekend will not be eligible for shipping until the following Monday. Orders placed before 11 AM Pacific time on a weekday for in-stock merchandise are usually shipped the same day. Products that specify a shipping time frame other than "Immediately" or "Within 24 Hours" will usually ship within that allotted time frame.

Product Returns

Due to the high performance nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns of opened kits or electronic items, with NO exceptions. Unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase, after receiving confirmation from our support team. Opened non-kit, non-electronic items may be returned within the same 30 day period but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Specially ordered items, discontinued products, or items sold via closeout sales are non-returnable and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for shipping costs for returned items. Product Warranties and/or Guarantees

All product warranties are the direct responsibility of the manufacturer. If you believe a product was damaged during shipping, or need assistance in contacting a manufacturer for a repair issue, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Typographical Errors

At Ampdraw we strive to maintain the lowest prices and the most accurate product information as we possibly can. However, Ampdraw maintains no responsibility for any typographical errors that may occur, and we reserve the right to make changes as necessary and cancel any orders placed under incorrect circumstances.

Limitation of Libaility

Ampdraw is not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequental or indirect damages from the use or mishandling of a product purchased from Ampdraw. Under no circumstances is Ampdraw responsible for personal, material or monetary damages from the use or mishandling of any products sold.

We do not sell or distribute our customers' e-mail address or personal information. Our website has multiple layers of security to protect the integrity of our users and their transactions. All credit card transactions are encrypted with the highest levels of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We do not store any credit card information. All transactions are logged and given to legal authorities only in the event of credit card fraud.
